Risk analysis
OBJECTIVE
Know the maximum levels of tide, waves and flooding in the coastal front of the Hard Rock Riviera Cancun hotel in hurricane conditions CAT 1, CAT 3 and CAT 5, for the design of public areas and room layout.
STRATEGY
Topographic and bathymetric surveys, in front of the property, generation of mathematical models of waves and tides in giant meshes to displace a digitally generated hurricane with a trajectory over the Hard Rock Riviera Cancun development.
WORK TOOLS
Single beam echosounder, transducer, high precision GPS, small boat, heavy duty computer and RTK surveying equipment. Hypack and DELF 3D software.
RESULTS
The model was generated, it worked and returned the information that was expected, the report of the tide and wave levels for each condition was delivered to the client.
